DO YOUR KITS COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES
YES, The Travel Kit comes in Large and Extra Large sizes. The Everyday Kit comes in Small, Medium and Large. At this time, the Kids Kit only comes in one size.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE SHOWER SHOES IN THE TRAVEL KIT
We can customize the size of your shower shoes if you send us an email immediately after placing your order to orders.germfreekits@gmail.com. Please put “SHOWER SHOES” in the subject line and indicate the size (small, medium or large) Otherwise, you will receive a pair of size Large.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS COME IN EACH KIT
Well, that all depends on the Germ Free Kit you choose. For instance, the Everyday Kit comes in 3 convenient sizes (small, medium and large).
In the Small Kit you will receive one UV Wand, 80 Premium Disinfecting Wipes, two Hand Sanitizers, two Spray Sanitizers, 4 Face Masks, one Face Shield, Gloves, Facial Tissues, and a Pen.
In the Medium Kit you will get double the items (only one UV Wand) and in the Large you will receive triple the amount of products (only one UV Wand)
HOW SAFE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS
Our products are all safe to use and highly recommended to prevent transmission of bacteria, viruses and other germs.
ALL products have an Active Ingredients label affixed to the back (where applicable)

ARE YOUR HAND SANITIZERS AND DISINFECTING WIPES SAFE TO USE
Yes. As part of continued action to protect the American public, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers and health care professionals about hand sanitizer products containing methanol, or wood alcohol — a substance often used to create fuel and antifreeze that is not an acceptable active ingredient for hand sanitizer products, which can be toxic when absorbed through the skin as well as life-threatening when ingested. The agency has seen an increase in hand sanitizer products that are labeled to contain ethanol (also known as ethyl alcohol) but that have tested positive for methanol contamination.
NONE of our products contain this or other ingredients known to be harmful. ALL of our products have been safety tested and contain Active Ingredient labels on the back for our consumer’s information.

Unfortunately, at this time we only sell the products together in our Kits.
WHAT DOES THE UV LIGHT DO TO GERMS
According to the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA):
UV radiation is a known disinfectant for air, water, and nonporous surfaces. UV radiation has effectively been used for decades to reduce the spread of bacteria, such as tuberculosis. For this reason, UVC lamps are often called "germicidal" lamps.
UVC radiation has been shown to destroy the outer protein coating of the SARS-Coronavirus, which is a different virus from the current SARS-CoV-2 virus. The destruction ultimately leads to inactivation of the virus

DOES THE PORTABLE MINI ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION WAND NEED BATTERIES
Yes, the UV Disinfection Wand requires (2) AAA Batteries that are NOT INCLUDED.
WHY CAN’T I RETURN MY ORDER IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE KIT
Unfortunately, due to the personal use nature of some of our products, we are unable to do returns. Please refer to our RETURNS page for further information and clarification.
ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PACKAGING FACILITIES SAFE AND CLEAN
We take extreme pride and caution in the packaging of our products. All employees are tested for COVID-19 and must remain home symptomatic or if exposed to someone infected with SARS-CoV-2. Our shipping and packaging facilities are extraordinarily safe and clean, and are disinfected daily to ensure the highest level of safety for our products, employees and consumers.
We are, after all, GERM FREE!
